Stan Putter runs an interntional dispute resolution practice. His practice primarily focuses on court litigation with international aspects and interntional arbitration.

Stan frequently deals with proceedings relating to asset tracing and recovery, enforcement, provisional measures, freezing orders, assisting foreign proceedings and security rights.

He is also frequently instructed to act as counsel in arbitrations and frequently sits as arbitrator and acts in arbitration-related litigation such as recognition and enforcement proceedings, setting aside proceedings and interim relief proceedings.

Stan is frequently recommended, amongst others by Legal500 and by Who’s Who Legal. He holds leadership positions within various arbitration bodies, such as being the president of the Dutch Arbitration Association.
