Maximilian Reichl is Junior Partner in the dispute resolution practice group in Oppenhoff's Frankfurt office, where he advises clients in commercial disputes and represents them in and out of court.

One particular focus area in his practice are domestic proceedings following international arbitration, such as recognition and enforcement of awards or the defence against such actions.
He also focuses on loss and liability, i.e., pursuing and defending damage compensation claims of different provenience, including, in particular, professional negligence claims. This practice includes claims arising out of contractual agreements in a variety of industries, such as aviation. As a member of Oppenhoff's automotive sector group, he also advises clients negotiating supply agreements in the automotive industry.

In addition to appearances before German state courts, Maximilian Reichl has acted as counsel in various international commercial arbitrations.

He studied law at the University of Passau and underwent practical legal training (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Munich. He was admitted as German Rechtsanwalt in July 2016. Prior to joining Oppenhoff, he gained experience as an Associate in Arnold & Porter's commercial litigation practice group.

In addition practicing law, Maximilian Reichl is an active member of the Frankfurt Bar's legal education panel as a lecturer for professional liability and as an examiner for the First Legal Examination.
