Melanie Hallas Kirsch is Assistant Vice President, Senior Legal Counsel, Antitrust for AT&T Services, Inc. Prior to joining AT&T, she worked at a global law firm, as well as at the Federal Trade Commission, in the Mergers II division. She advises on all areas of antitrust and competition law, including matters related to distribution, competitor collaborations, compliance, and global merger strategy and review. Melanie has extensive experience related to global merger control and has represented clients before the Federal Trade Commission, Department of Justice, state attorneys general, and numerous international competition agencies. Melanie is also active in the Antitrust Section of the ABA and the Women’s Bar Association of DC.
