Claire is a partner in Brunswick’s Paris and Brussels offices. She provides strategic advice to companies facing critical issues stemming from the interaction of business and politics.

Claire is a founding member of Brunswick’s global competition & antitrust team and a core member of the global Tech, Media and Telecoms team. She has significant experience working on tech issues, cross-border M&A situations and litigation projects.

Before rejoining Brunswick in Europe, Claire spent 3.5 years with the firm’s San Francisco office following a decade in Brussels. In the US, Claire worked with technology companies large and small on business-critical issues ranging from trust & safety, policy & regulatory and financial & investment issues. Recent clients have included Facebook, Pinterest, the Walt Disney Company, Sabre, Discord, NVIDIA/Arm.

In Paris, she regularly works with international companies contemplating investment in Europe, including navigating foreign direct investment issues.

A French national, Claire holds a Double Master’s Degree in European Political Economy from Sciences Po Paris and the London School of Economics and has studied Mandarin Chinese at Tsinghua University in Beijing.
