Since 2018, Vivianne has held the position of SAP Group Chief Compliance Officer, leading SAP’s Office of Ethics and Compliance and reporting directly to SAP’s CEO. The Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC) comprises of a global team of experienced compliance professionals focused on anti-corruption, bribery, and fraud; contributing to the company’s success by providing strong, trusted advice to all of SAP’s leaders, managers and employees as well as SAP’s partners and entire ecosystem, across all areas of the business.
Vivianne joined SAP in 2013, advising on a range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in the tech, telco and data protection space in Asia Pacific Japan and Greater China, as well as providing employment law guidance to all SAP companies in the APJ and Greater China regions.
As a corporate lawyer, Vivianne's private practice experience in both London and Asia extends across corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in relation to the tech and telecommunications industries as well as data protection, including the provision of policy advice to government and regulatory bodies. In addition, Vivianne has worked on various procurement and tender processes, UK spectrum auctions, and PPPs (Public Private Partnerships), as well as on liberalization and licensing matters in the telecommunications industry.
