Ilaria Filippi is Executive Counsel in the Legal Compliance department at energy technology company Baker Hughes where she leads the company’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption program.
Ilaria is a senior attorney with extensive private practice and in-house experience advising on regulatory matters, in particular in respect of anti-bribery and corruption, antitrust/competition law, regulatory investigations, money laundering and data privacy.
Prior to joining Baker Hughes, Ilaria worked as an in-house lawyer at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where she provided advice on regulatory matters and in private practice as a competition lawyer, where she was involved in advising clients on all aspects of EU and UK competition law including regulatory investigations, mergers and litigation before the EU and UK courts.
Ilaria holds a business and economics degree. She is qualified as a lawyer in England & Wales and as a US attorney (State of Texas).
