Jeremy has extensive experience of both contentious and non-contentious commercial matters. This includes helping clients with trade marks, passing-off, copyright, design rights, patents, commercial and technology issues.
Much of his practice has an international flavour, including leading complex international litigation and arbitrations.
Clients include household names in many industry sectors including retail, fashion, media, sport, technology, publishing and insurance.
