Frédéric heads the Construction Advisory and Disputes team of Pinsent Masons in Paris. He is dually qualified (English and French law) and has extensive experience of the FIDIC forms of contract and their use in civil law jurisdictions. Frédéric is recognised as a leading construction lawyer in Who's Who Legal: Construction 2018 and is on the French list of FIDIC adjudicators. He advises on all aspects of construction projects, including as counsel in dispute board and arbitration proceedings, and also provides legal support on live construction projects in a wide range of construction sectors, including general infrastructure, transport, water and wastewater, and energy. Frédéric is an active member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) and is currently acting as chair of the DRBF Region 2 Membership Committee. He is a regular contributor to the International Construction Law Review and has published widely on the subject of dispute board (and more particularly the enforcement of DAB decisions) and FIDIC contracts. He is also a lecturer on the MBE (Master in Business Engineering) course in international construction law at the University of Stuttgart, and on the Master's Degree in International Construction Contract Law at Paris II-Assas.
