Andreas J. Roquette advises his clients on large construction, infrastructure, plant construction as well as transport projects, including dispute resolution. He represents companies in major court cases, acts as counsel and arbitrator in arbitration proceedings and is also a conciliator.
Andreas studied law in Munich, Paris and New York and is admitted as a lawyer in Germany and attorney-at-law in New York. After one year with Sullivan & Cromwell, he joined CMS in Berlin in 1993 and has been a partner since 1996.
Advising and representing an international plant construction company in relation to the construction of a gas and steam turbine power plant in Berlin Lichterfelde under a FIDIC Silver Book contract, including representation in adjudication procedure and in a follow-up ICC arbitration procedure
