Megan is an associate in the Commercial team at A&O, advising on cross-border transactions involving the development and exploitation of intellectual property and related commercial arrangements, with a particular focus on the life sciences and consumer and retail sectors. Megan works on both standalone IP transactions and the IP/commercial aspects of M&A transactions, as well as a range of matters relating to data privacy. She previously spent six months on secondment to A&O’s Hong Kong office.
