Included in the conference price are three nights' accommodation (Monday to Wednesday night), all meals and evening activities. Drinks at the college bar are not included.

The closest airport to Cambridge is Stansted Airport which is only a thirty minute bus or train journey away.
You can get to Cambridge from London by rail (services run regularly night and day). With trains running every 15 minutes from both Liverpool Street and King's Cross stations. The journey takes from 45 to 90 minutes dependent on the train.
Regular buses to Cambridge's Drummer Street bus station depart every hour from all major airports, as well as National Express coaches to and from all major cities in Britain.

When you arrive on Monday morning, please go to the Porter’s Lodge on 5 West Road (Harvey Court Campus). You will receive directions to the bedrooms, breakfast area and conference room. The conference centre (and accommodation block) is called the Stephen Hawking’s Building.
You will receive your badge and documentation at KNect365's registration desk. Your badge should be worn at all times.
If you arrive earlier you will receive information on how to get your key by KNect365 prior to the event.
Smart casual (except for the gala dinner which is formal). Do make sure to bring a jumper or jacket for the evenings!
