Esther Mollen is Manager of the Competition Unit in the Legal Directorate at the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM).

From 2009 to 2017, Esther was a senior case handler at ACM, representing ACM (and the NMa) in a wide range of court proceedings, including merger, cartel and abuse of dominance appeals.

Prior to working at ACM, Esther worked as a lawyer at BarentsKrans (2006-2009) and Nysingh (2002-2006).

Esther graduated in Law at the University of Nijmegen in 2000. She was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2002. She is a board-member of the Dutch Competition Law Association and has a special interest in public procurement.
