Lee Shih is the managing partner of the boutique litigation firm, Lim Chee Wee Partnership. His work focuses on commercial disputes, fraud and asset recovery, and contentious insolvency. He is currently acting on behalf of a Malaysian federal strategic investment company in a multi-billion dollar asset recovery across different jurisdictions. He secured Malaysia’s first-ever persons unknown injunction against unknown fraudsters and self-identification orders. He is also active in advising on and acting in cryptocurrency-related disputes. He obtained a discovery order to obtain information on stolen cryptocurrency traced to wallets on a cryptocurrency exchange.
