Eliad ShapiroPartner at Moses Singer (USA)Speaker
Profile
Eliad is an experienced commercial litigator and real estate litigator, at both the trial and appellate levels. High-net-worth individuals and family offices with domestic and international financial interests, property owners, real estate developers, investment funds, corporate clients, and offshore trusts seek his counsel on high stakes litigation and pre-litigation matters. Eliad also has substantial experience advising clients who are targeted by authoritarian regimes in United States and foreign courts.
Eliad is a trusted advisor to his clients, who value his results-oriented, pragmatic, analytical approach to litigation, as well his courtroom presence. In strategizing with his clients, he strives to understand not only their objectives in a particular litigation, but also how litigation fits into their broader commercial goals.
Prior to joining Moses Singer, Eliad was a litigator in the offices of Clifford Chance and Smith & Shapiro, and also clerked for a United States District Judge in the Southern District of New York. Eliad received his J.D. from Cornell University, and is admitted to the bar of New York.
