Luke Furler is a Managing Director in Quantuma’s Restructuring & Insolvency team and Head of Asia. He is based in Quantuma’s Singapore offices.

Luke is a restructuring expert with a proven track record of repositioning companies and turning them around. He has a particular focus on large and complex cases in Asia, and he works closely with the firm's wider team to manage global mandates for clients throughout the region.

Luke is the judicial manager over several multi-disciplinary crypto businesses, including Eqonex Limited, a NASDAQ listed crypto financial services business. He works closely with Quantuma’s cross-border experts and cryptocurrency experts to provide seamless multi-disciplinary expertise to ensure complex investigations, restructuring and cross border litigation in a growing number of crypto related engagements is managed efficiently, with the primary objective of identifying, preserving and maximising assets for creditors and stakeholders.

In addition to his restructuring expertise, Luke is a licensed insolvency practitioner in Singapore, Hong Kong, the Cayman Islands, and Bermuda. He works with many of the world's leading hedge funds, private equity firms, legal advisors, in addition to company boards. He has expertise across a broad range of sectors, including crypto, real estate, retail, manufacturing, and commodities.

Luke is a highly respected figure in the restructuring and insolvency industry. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been quoted in leading publications such as The Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal.
