Liz Brady is a graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law where she served as Articles Editor for Vanderbilt's Journal of Transnational Law. After clerking for a U.S. District Court Judge in Texas, she practiced in New York for 5 years. Ms. Brady joined the Florida Attorney General's office in 1990 and is now Director of the Antitrust Division. During her time with the AG' office she has been active in all facets of antitrust enforcement including investigation and prosecution of both conduct and merger antitrust matters. She has served as lead Antitrust Litigation counsel for the State of Florida in many multidistrict litigations, including, In re Carbon Dioxide; In re Compact Disc Minimum Advertised Price Antitrust Litigation; In re Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) Antitrust Litigation; In re TFT-LCD (Flat Panel) Antitrust Litigation; and In re Generic Pharmaceuticals Pricing Antitrust Litigation.

Ms. Brady is a former Vice Chair of the ABA Antitrust Section's Healthcare Committee and is now Co-Chair of the State Enforcement Committee. She has taught antitrust as an adjunct professor at Florida State University, College of Law (1997-2001). Ms. Brady is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Antitrust and Trade Regulation.
